Elbow Control Armbar from Butterfly
2 Part Technique - Plant your feet on the opponent's hips to keep him at a safe distance. From Hand Fighting, secure an Elbow Control and pinch the opponent's hand between your armpit so he cannot twist his arm free. Scoot underneath the opponent and raise your hips while maintaining Elbow Control for the submission. The Elbow Control Armbar is also available if the opponent circles to pass while controlling your knees.
