2 Part Technique - Block with your arms to prevent the opponent from securing Under Hook and Head Control vs Side Control. Pass the arm over and press at his elbow to start the escape. Create a strong frame with your body by posting on the mat and locking your arm at the opponent's elbow. If the opponent moves his elbow inwards to collapse your Elbow Push Escape, hug around his upper body to either escape to his back or Hip Turn for the reversal. If the opponent moves his elbow upwards instead, use the Hip Roll in the newly created space.
