Marcelo talks about the importance of remembering to tie your belt correctly, even when you're exhausted from hard training. The practice of tying your belt reflects to those around you that you're unwilling to appear disheveled no matter the outcome, win or lose. Quickly making a neat knot at the end of the match shows the referee and your opponent that you are ready for what's next, whether it be the victorious conclusion of a bracket, or a proud return back to the drawing board.
