Marcelo and Marcos help Hana figure out how best to apply a Half-Guard Pass with Under-Hook & Head Control in No-Gi: Use the slipperiness of grappling without a kimono to your advantage by dismantling your opponent's structure with a quick and short movement as opposed to a long and strong press. Pry your knee free from your opponent's legs using the top of your shin-bone to place pressure onto their Half-Guard and stretch them away in pulses from their enclosed position. Transition into the Mount Position, particularly when your opponent is quick to recover their knees back into play after you've broken out.
