Under-Hook & Head-Control Hook-Sweep from Butterfly-Guard
Marcelo & Bryan investigate with Jimmy a peculiar variation of a specifically clinched Butterfly-Sweep: Despite having taken away your opponent's ability to post with their arm that is trapped inside your Under-Hook & Head-Control, you may still be able to take the sweep towards the opposite direction, where you opponent still has an arm free to prevent getting taken over. If their arm is preoccupied around your body, it might not be able to react and come out in time to help post against your sweep, especially if your legs are coordinated in lifting with the attack. Inducing a roll over your opponent's shoulder by tucking them slightly under towards the mat as you raise their hips up with your feet will sometimes be enough to prevent your opponent from defending against your reversal from the guard.
