Marcelo & Kurt talk about an incredibly important detail when countering Double Under-Hooks from your Seated Butterfly-Guard: If your opponent while kneeling beats your hands and dives forward with their chest for a Body-Lock, try your best not to immediatly fall flat from their drive; crunch your abs and carve out enough space for your arms to wrap around your opponent's arms and connect your hands together with a Seat-Belt Grip. While your opponent is held with Double Over-Hooks, time their pummel and shot against them by releasing your core and falling with momemtum into a Hook-Sweep. If you are already flattened out but still retain the grip between your belly and their chest, feel out which side of their base is weaker and eploit it with Short Hook-Sweep in that direction. If your opponent posts their foot outward in defense of the intial attack, use your bottom foot to push at their post until you can step onto their knee with it.
