2 Part Technique - You can expose the opponent's arms easier using chokes in Gi from the mount. In nogi, you will have to use timing from the opponent's reactions instead. Pummel inside to catch the opponent's vulnerable arm when he tries to retract it. Use your stomach and knee to pinch the arm and spin for the Spiral Armbar. During the first retraction, the opponent's arm can get stuck inside, which makes the previous submission impossible. Continue to control the opponent's arm and head for the Triangle from Mount instead.
