2 Part Technique - If you try to face your opponent on the side he intends to pass to after he executes the Folding Pass, you will twist your body and ineffectively prevent him from establishing an upper body control. Instead of turning into him, continue to face in the direction of your folded knees and prevent him from controlling that side by securing 2on1 control onto his wrist. Using the hooks inside his legs while still folded, twist back to the other side and transfer the 2on1 control to Cross Arm and Belt Control for the sweep. If he doesn't address your 2on1 control and tries to advance regardless, he will not be able to establish the side control, allowing you the opportunity to reclaim guard with the Hip Roll Escape.

Great move!  2 on 1 works from side control as well.  When you can control 1 arm it is difficult for your opponet to secure anything!
