Nearside Kimura Grip, Armbar from Mount, North South Choke from Side Control, Far Side Armbar from Side Control
3 Part Technique - The Farside Underhook and the Nearside Kimura Grip can be chained together from the Side Control to unleash a series of submissions, based off of your opponent's reactions. Since he cannot readily roll toward you when you've procured an underhook, he may attempt to roll away from you for a single or hip roll escape. When you feel him turn away, catch his nearside arm with your underhook, and secure the Kimura Grip. If he doesn't resist being on his side while you have this locked on, step over into mount with it, and fall back for an Armbar. If he does decide to react to the Kimura Grip by turning back flat, use this opportunity to drop onto his neck for the North South Choke. If you miss this chance, and he threatens to underhook you, use your chest to stop his arm from reaching too deep, and pummel for an underhook of your own. If you can maintain him on his side with the underhook, step around his head for the Farside Armbar. Marcelo does this by falling straight onto his hip, allowing him to throw his leg over his opponent's body, rather than wedge his shin into his armpit. If your opponent is super strong, and you cannot hold him onto his side for the Farside Armbar, look for the North South Choke once more when he flattens back to the mat.
