2 Part Technique - In a physical confrontation, wherein your adversary pushes your chest to reel you backward, use his extended arms against him on his second push attempt by countering with a Prayer Parry into your judo grips. Throw his center of mass over your hip to the mat, finishing the fall with an Armbar from Knee on Belly. If he violently shakes with Double Collar Control instead, Prayer Parry on his extension into Double Overhooks. Use your superior upper body control to take the fight to the ground with a Leg Trip, and finish the fight with an Ambar from Mount.
