Over Under Control Hook Sweep from Butterfly
2 Part Technique - Over Under is the strongest control to hook sweep an opponent. Make certain to push the opponent's elbow inwards to prevent him from posting. As the opponent posts his leg, premeditate the location. If the leg posts mid range or lower, kick it out using the bottom of your foot.
