Frame vs Double Under Control, Over Under from Standing, Hip Throw, Near Side Armbar from Side Control
1 Part Technique - Counter an opponent's front bodylock by creating a frame and breaking his grip. Execute the break by overhooking your arm across his body, and stepping backward after framing your forearm on his neck. In a self-defense scenario, you may deliver a knee to his mid-section before pummeling for Over Under Control. Walk around by his side with the control until you are ready to step in front of his hips and perform a throw. Upon landing to the mat, seize his nearside arm, place your shin into his armpit, and step over his face, falling back for an armbar to finish the fight.
