3 Part Technique - Shove your opponent onto his back into Open Guard from his Butterfly to reduce his mobility, placing one hand on his stomach and the other on his knee. If you don't meet any resistance when you hike his leg straight, execute the Standing Step Pass into the Knee-On-Belly position. If you do meet resistance, but can still free your inside leg, pass his knee to the side and swing your knee around his thigh into Knee-On-Belly. If you encounter considerable trouble while pushing his leg straight, dedicate both hands to hiking his knee through your legs and vault over his guard into the Mount. If he catches your ankle after you land, gather an underhook and Knee Cross to the other side. If he hip escapes as you hike, crash into his half guard for the Over Under Pass. In either case, establish the Side Control with good Underhook & Head Control.

That second part looks like a "Mendes" leg drag, sometimes he's letting go of the pants sometimes not.  I was just looking to see if there was instruction on this here.
