2 Part Technique - Quickly grab the opponent's ankles and lift to put their back to the mat. Switch your grips so you can push the legs and get your chest under the opponent's hips. Continue to push to expose their back and immediately grab the Seat Belt and transition into the Back Control. If the opponent posts and pushes with their arms once you position your chest under their hips, trap an arm with your knee. Now, push the legs to the side and establish Side Control.
