3 Part Technique - In the event that your opponent counters your attempt to finish the Cross-Legged Armbar by sitting up from Mount, quickly secure his arm tightly between your legs and bend him down into the Omoplata. Immediately sit up over the top of his back, capturing his far shoulder, and finish the shoulderlock. If he begins passing your guard before you can swing him chop him down into the Omoplata, be prepared to escape Side Control with the Elbow Push Escape.
