3 Part Technique - If your opponent jumps Closed Guard with the intention of taking you down, lean forward and low to take away the space for his legs to open and stand. If tries to stand or if his guard breaks, pin his knee to the mat and immediately look to pass his guard. If he breaks your grip while hanging on and crosses your arm, take him back down to the mat and keep yourself tight to his chest while you cover his hip from escaping and work your arm free.
