3 Part Technique - Henrique demonstrates how to open up your opponent for attack from the Side Control. The key movement in this lesson is the isolation of the farside arm with an overhook. This overhook can be parlayed into an armbar, Kimura, and even the Seatbelt for taking the back with hooks or spreading-the-chicken.
