Cross Collar Choke from Mount
2 Part Technique - When you have transitioned into Mount, open your arms for a stronger base to help prevent the opponent from rolling you. For the Cross Collar Choke, reach your hand deep inside with the thumb up and grab the collar. Now, reach with your other arm across and place your head on the mat near the second hand. Scissor your arms to complete the Cross Collar Choke.
