Cross Collar Choke from Mount
2 Part Technique - Pressure your hips forward in mount to incapacitate the opponent's core mobility. As you slide your hand inside the opponent's lapel to start the cross collar choke, clean away any resistance. If the opponent blocks your second hand from crossing, create a trap by allowing the opponent escape mount. As the opponent's attention focuses towards the escape, his blocking hand is gone, allowing your Cross Collar Choke finish.
