Cross Collar Choke from Mount, Armbar from Mount
2 Part Technique - From Mount, open your arms for a stronger base to prevent your opponent from rolling you. Reach your hand deep inside with the thumb up and grab the collar to start the Cross Collar Choke. Use your free arm to grab across and place your head on the mat near the second hand. Scissor your arms together to complete the Cross Collar Choke. If your opponent grabs to defend the choke they will be exposed to the Armbar from Mount.
