3 Part Lesson — Marcelo demonstrates two fast armbars from the Mount: [I] If your opponent attempts to escape your Mount by bumping his hips up while pressing away yours, catch the back of his triceps and use it to launch yourself forward into High-Mount; with both arms exposed, it is your choice to attack whichever arm seems most available for the armlock position. [II] Sometimes the opponent will begin loosening his posture in a false sense of security if you cannot readily attack him. When this happens, sneak behind his triceps by cupping his arm and leaping over his other arm for the Armbar. [III] If you miss the arms after leaping up into High-Mount, immediately recover your balance back by dismounting down into Side Control to save the top position.
