Treetop Single from X Guard → Back Bodylock vs Single Leg Escape → Jumping on the Back → Seatbelt from Back Control
3 Part Lesson — Marcelo explains to Jon how to technically jump-on-the-back: [I] If your opponent tries to kick his leg free from your Treetop-Single, switch for his hips and take his back; release his leg, grabbing around his waist, and yank him backwards to expose his upper back for the Seatbelt, jumping onto his back with hooks. [II] If your opponent stays on all-fours, angle to the side and snap onto his back, throwing the nearside hook in first before setting the second. If there isn't space for your first hook, but him forward to create the room you need to insert your leg to take his back. [III] If your opponent isn't giving you an opportunity to jump onto his back, pick him up and return him to the mat, forcing him to open himself up to catch his own fall. It's important to stick and clamp onto the back without faltering or using extraneous movement; otherwise, you risk losing the position.
