Hand Fighting & Grip Prevention from Standing, 2on1 Guard Pull
3 Part Lesson - Hand Fighting is the first point of contact with an opponent. With your hands out front, block the opponent's attempts to grip and follow his movements. As he grabs, immediately break his grip before he settles into it and transition into the 2on1. Finally, Marcelo walks through a sequence to break the opponent's grip on your sleeve.
