Stacking Escape vs Armbar → Cartwheel Escape vs Omoplata → Reverse Mount Escape vs Omoplata → Spin-Back-Around to Knee on Belly Position
3 Part Lesson — Marcelo coaches Matheus & Marcos through an Armbar/Omoplata Escape series: [I] If your opponent attempts an Armbar from Guard, stack him onto his shoulders and shake your arm loose until you can pull it free into safety. If he attacks your other arm that is inside with an Omoplata, prepare to Cartwheel over his body to the opposite side where you can Crossface and hold the top position. [II] If your opponent catches your far leg during the Cartwheel, sit on his stomach until you can break free from his grip and spin back around, establishing with an Underhook. [III] If the Underhook is blocked, grab his collar instead and spin back around for Knee-On-Belly or Side Control.
