2 Part Technique - A common situation to use the Leg Over Pass is against an opponent escaping your mount. Use your knee as a pivoting point to swing your leg over and land on your hip. Control the position with an Under Hook and swim for the Under Hook and Head Control vs Half Guard to finish the pass. If the opponent blocks your Leg Over, use a Knee Cross instead. To block the Leg Over, he will create space to easily pummel for the Under Hook and Head Control. Quickly raise your hips to create the space needed to cross your knee through.

Pushing a knee into halfguard is a common counter to the mount at my school so I'm looking foward to trying this counter.
