Over Under Control, Under Hook and Head Control Hook Sweep
2 Part Technique - Engage the opponent using the Over Under to secure a control needed for Hook Sweeps. The Under control is pushing at the opponent's elbow to prevent a posting arm. If the opponent slips his arm out to post, use the Under Hook and Head Control as a substitute for the sweep. This variation uses half torquing of the Under Hook and Head Control to the side and half Hook Sweeping.
