Breaking Gi Grips from Standing, Hand Fighting, Double Leg Takedown
3 Part Technique - Don't accept any grips from the opponent, because you are unaware if he has strong throws or not. If the opponent is able to secure Collar and Elbow Control, immediately break the collar grip first before twisting your body to break the elbow control. If the opponent has a wrist control instead, use your palm to break free. Use hand fighting to open the opponent's arms and clear a path for a takedown.
