Marcelo gives Tyler 3 Options for dealing with the Knee-Shield: [1] Dive in with a pressure pass against his knee and let-up, as soon as you feel the tension release, quickly race back inside before the opponent has a chance to reactivate his Knee-Shield. [2] If you cannot trick them to the inside by speeding up your pressure when their leg is at a moment of passivity, come off of his Knee-Shield and knock his knee down for a smash-style Folding Pass. [3] If neither of those options seem viable, change everything by placing a hand on his ribs and posting on his wrist to stand back up to your feet where you can alter your passing strategy; whether it be switching sides, stepping out of, or cutting though his guard.
