Frame Escape vs Over Under Pass
2 Part Lesson — Marcelo makes room with a Frame to escape a Half Guard Pass: [II] If you are pushed flat in an Over/Under Half Guard Pass, grab the back of your opponent's jacket and execute a Bridge Escape toward the outside; when he tries to settle his weight back down, insert your forearm against his face and neck to help yank out your bottom arm and fully recover back your guard. [II] If your opponent doesn't compensate with his upper body and rather, moves his hips to adjust, sneak your Butterfly hook inside and begin lifting. Remove your bottom arm out from underneath and place it against his neck to build a frame for escape.
