3 Part Lesson - Counter the opponent's Under Hook & Bridge with a quick mount, throwing the weight of your hips against the opponent's chest. If the opponent rotates his hips during the bridge to start building his base into a Single Leg, reverse his movement through pinning the near leg back to the mat.
