2 Part Lesson -- Don't hang out in Deep-Half (Top): Whenever your opponent gets underneath your base and splits your feet, immediately transition to the opposite side. If your near-knee is down, vault across your opponent's head and chest and enter into a Backstep Pass; if your far-knee is down, push down on your partner's head and swing your leg over into a Knee-Cut with an Underhook. If you miss the Underhook, spin around into the Backstep Pass. [05:07] Bare weight onto your hands when you need to move your legs; the movement is similar to a leap-frog hop into a rock-star slide. If your opponent begins to take-out-the-trash, you can still slip your leg off of their shoulder before you are caught hoisted up in a Treetop-Single.
