2 Part Technique - Pull your knee out and replace with your foot to negate the opponent's attempt of escaping by pushing your knee. As the opponent continues to push away, break his leverage by pulling his arms upwards. Continue to pressure forward for the traditional Armbar. If the opponent protects his first arm, commonly the second arm will be vulnerable to the Spiral Armbar.
