Armbar from Mount, North South Choke from Mount
2 Part Technique - Even though the opponent can "T-Rex" his arms tightly in defense against your knees sliding into his armpits from the mount, you can still attack his arms by turning him on his side and introducing weight onto his triceps. When you feel him holding his elbows close to his body, grab his arms and rock him onto his shoulder and place your belly directly behind his elbow. Rearrange your legs for the armlock by sliding your knee toward his head and posting your foot in his armpit while you secure around his arm with yours. Sit back, throwing your leg over his face, and pulling the arm across your hip closest to his feet. If you feel him resist your pressure on his tricep by turning his elbow back down to the mat, allow him to do so but switch to an underhook on his other arm. Wrap around his head and dismount by backstepping into the North South Choke. Finish by dropping your shoulder into his throat and securing the squeeze with a Gable grip.
