3 Part Technique - Control the opponent's lead leg for transitioning into 1 Leg X Guard. Use your hips as weight to start rocking in 1Leg X Guard for the sweep. If the opponent presses your knees away to dismantle your guard, stop his mount with your free hand, and switch to X guard. Attack with the common Unbalance Sweep. Return to 1 Leg X Guard if the opponent frees himself from your X Guard hooks.
