2 Part Technique - While mounted, protect your elbows from attack by keeping them close to your body, even while performing the Arm Control Bridge Escape. Bump your hips up off the mat, forcing your opponent to post his hands, and capture one of his arm as you step your foot outside his ankle. Isolating his both of his limbs on one side leaves him vulnerable to a bridge in the direction of his inability to post. Sit with posture inside his guard, preparing to stand to break his crossed ankles with a twisting action. Once open, pass his guard with an extended arm driving weight onto his leg for the Circling Pass, and finish with Underhook & Head Control to establish the top position.
