Hip Throw Counters by Re-Throwing or Tripping the opponent backwards
2 Part Technique - Counter the Headlock Hip Throw by stepping around and taking your weight off of the opponent's hip. Now get in position to execute your own Underhook Hip Throw by stepping across the opponent. Finish with the Armbar. Now you cannot step around to stop the throw because its to far, so hip into the opponent to stop the first throw and then escape the headlock by pushing the elbow and finish with a trip from the back.
