3 Part Technique - While riding turtle with the Seatbelt fastened and both back hooks set, if you're not strong enough to "espalha o frango", that is to say, breaking your opponent's base flat onto the mat, then resort to the Bow-n-Arrow Choke before he can stand up or shake you loose. Snatch up his collar in your fist, pulling his forehead back if he tucks his chin, and take out your hooks so that you can cross your foot it to the outside, the side of your choking hand. Dive underneath his base, underhooking his knee with your free arm, and flip him over to finish the Bow-n-Arrow Choke. If he rolls faster than what allows you to remove your leg from under his back, slide it out quickly and establish the top position by stepping over his torso into Mount. Here, his leg is readily accessible for hugging and thus completing the finish. If you cannot mount him, cradle either of his legs, whichever one is bent most, and submit him with the Collar Choke Cradle from Back.
