2 Part Technique - Before your opponent can connect his hands with Underhook & Head Control versus your Half Guard, you have the chance to capture this same control against him for the Bridge Sweep. First, block his crossface and use your inside leg to flap up and bump his weight over to make room for your own underhook. This underhook has too be deep with his arm on top of your shoulder so you can form the Underhook & Head Control with your forearm cutting into his neck. Use a Gable Grip to drive your forearm into his collarbone as you flip him over to reverse the position. If he tries to pummel against your underhook, trap his arm with 2on1 Control and sweep, but this time with your foot pushing his knee to clear the way.
