Taking the Back from Front Headlock, Rear Naked Choke from Crucifix
2 Part Technique - Only transition from the Front Headlock to the Seatbelt if your opponent is stationary or pushing forward into you. You will encounter difficulty if you attempt to take his back while he is pulling away from you or is holding your arm too tightly. Evoke the correct situation by snapping him forward before you switch grips, and cut your knee in behind his tricep as you fasten the Seatbelt Control. If he leaves his arm unprotected, snatch it up into the Crucifix for the Rear Naked Choke. If he rolls you over, keep your knee blocking behind his arm so you have a second chance to trap it with the Crucifix. Pull him on top of you for the Rear Naked Choke but if you can't, resort to the one-armed finish.
