2 Part Technique - Being able to move in the Butterfly Guard and Open Guard when the opponent stands is essential to preventing your guard getting passed. Whether in the Butterfly or Open Guard, keep your feet in front of you and the opponent to block their advances. It's much easier to move in the Butterfly Guard, but when on your back it can be difficult. So, use a rocking motion to help you rotate in the Open Guard. If the opponent throws your legs to the side to pass always place your far leg back inside to keep you in the Open Guard.

Good drill. Just need to be aware about the feet's position to guard against the Estima's footlock.
