Knee on Belly, Sprawl Knee Pin vs Inside Pull Knee on Belly Escape, Taking the Back vs Single Leg
2 Part Technique - Use Knee on Belly against a timid opponent from Side Control to force reactions. Sprawl as the opponent reaches inside to reap and pull at your foot, possibly trapping his arm in the process. If you lose the Under Hook and feel the opponent reaching and turning towards the Single Leg, immediately run to his exposed back.
