Overhook & Wrist Control from Butterfly, Triangle Choke from Butterfly, Armbar vs Triangle Escape ~
3 Part Technique — When you scoot to close the distance from Butterfly Guard, make sure to check your opponent's hands from gripping against your advance. Fight for an inside-elbow-tie, placing your foot onto his hip as you wrap around his arm for Overhook & Wrist Control, and pull him directly into the Triangle Choke. Adjust the lock into a Figure-4 by pulling down on your shin across the back of his neck, while dragging his arm across your stomach for the finishing pressure. If your opponent begins retracting his Head/Arm out of your Triangle, pinch him tightly between your legs and push his wrist against your thigh to tap him with an Armbar. If you lose his head, pull his arm deeper back inside your guard and form a triangular lock around his shoulder to attack the Armbar one last time.
