Armbar from Closed Guard
1 Part Drill — Paul demonstrates the proper movements involved in the alternating armbar drill from the Closed Guard. Start in the finishing position with your legs biting into the armpit and neck. Swing your leg off of the neck, bringing your shoulders off the mat to reduce friction, and insert that leg into the armpit of the opposite side, following around with your other leg catching the neck on the other side. Reverse directions and repeat.
