Knee on Belly → Near Side Armbar from Knee on Belly → Under Hook and Head Control from Side Control
2 Part Lesson — MG explains the Nearside Armbar from Knee-On-Belly and what to do if you miss: [I] After stabilizing a Guard Pass, if your opponent stays tight in defense, upgrade your Side Control by transitioning to the Knee-On-Belly Position; seize his far wrist and pin it to the mat to bait him into rescuing his arm, giving up the Nearside Armbar. Concentrate on minimizing the time in between pinning the far arm and capturing the near arm for the submission. [II] If your opponent retracts his arm before you can fall back and hyper-extend it, swiftly swing your legs back to regain base and immediately secure the top position again.
