2 Part Lesson — [I] If your opponent closes the distance on you looking for Double Underhooks, project your shoulders forward and wrap around his arms, clasping your hands together for Double Over Control. Steer the opponent into your weak Hook Sweep direction first to make him post and then switch sides and Hook Sweep him the other way as he defends the first sweep. [II] If your opponent is taller, he or she may be able to post a leg out to stop you from completing the Hook Sweep. Use your non-hooking foot to kick out the opponent's knee or shin first, then knee, to break the post and score the sweep.
