Knee on Belly, North South Collar Choke from Knee on Belly
3 Part Technique - Control the opponent's hip and head first before forcing Knee on Belly. Have the opponent carry more weight by not resting your foot on the mat. Reapply another grip behind the opponent's back collar, remove your Knee on belly to circle North South, and scissor your wrists while forcing weight forward with your chest for the choke. Slide your knee against the opponent's blocking hand if he interferes with the initial start of the submission.
