2 Part Technique - Sit up to prevent the opponent from pinning you down from Side Control and use Collar Control to create distance. If the opponent slips your Collar Control, transitioning closer to your back, pressure your shoulders to the mat and recover. The opponent might continue holding his Body Lock, but an over extended arm will be exposed to an Omoplata. If the opponent pressures against your forearm, use the principle of " I cannot see, but I know it's there " to attack his exposed neck with a guillotine.
