3 Part Technique — When your opponent captures a Bodylock around your torso, immediately look to connect your hands together for Double Overhooks and create distance between your hips and his. Avoid his takedown by launching into one of your own, cross your hips in front of his and hit a hip toss to the mat. If you lose his elbow in the twist, snap his head down into the Front Headlock Position. If you can manage to bring his elbow close to his face, sit behind his arm with his head locked inside an Arm-In Guillotine.
