Hand Fighting from Standing, Double Over Control from Standing, Koshiguruma
2 Part Lesson — Paul teaches a Self-Defense tactic for a Follow-Up Shove from an aggressor: [I] Anticipate a second push from an adversary and meet it by fencing both arms inside, thus deflecting his attempt and crashing into his body for a hip toss. [II] It is important, when applying Koshiguruma, to firmly pull on the opponent's head over the fulcrum of your hip. Make sure to turn deeply into the position, bringing your hip slightly to the outside before lifting and looking away.
