Frame vs Double Under Control, Over Under from Standing, Hip Throw, Armbar from Mount
1 Part Technique - Create a frame on your attacker's face to brace yourself from being crumpled backward by his double underhooks, and free yourself from the hold with a step back, followed by a swift knee to his midsection. Exchange the frame for control of your own, in that of Over Under Control. Base yourself perpendicularly to his base and find the opportunity to step in between his feet and execute O-Goshi, or the major hip throw. Follow up the throw by mounting, and finishing with the Armbar from Mount when he braces extended arms against your chest.
